What is Telehealth?Telehealth is being able to experience healthcare from a distance using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Connect with your provider through live phone or video chats, exchange secure messages and emails, and even benefit from remote monitoring for at-home check-ins. Telehealth enhances the delivery of care and education.

Are you a medical doctor?No, Sherena is a board certified family nurse practitioner who has a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.

Do you accept medical insurance?No, we do not accept insurance.

How much are the visits?Most visit costs start at $89. Medication refill visits are $59. Labs are not included in the price of the visit.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards. We do not accept insurance.

Can you provide a receipt?Yes, we can provide a receipt after your visit has completed.

Can I be billed for my visit later?No, payment is required at the time of visit.

Can I schedule an appointment if I am not physically in the state of South Carolina and North Carolina at the time of visit?No, we are only seeing South Carolina and North Carolina residents and visitors at this time. You must physically be in the state of South Carolina or North Carolina for the duration of your visit. Check back frequently for additional states.

Can you send prescriptions to my local pharmacy?Yes, we can electronically send prescriptions to your local pharmacy. Be prepared to provide pharmacy details to the provider.

How long are the telehealth visits?Each visit is 30 minutes, but can be longer depending on the nature of the visit.

Do you see kids?Yes, we see kids who are 12 months and older.

Can I get a sick note for work or school after my visit?Yes, a work or school excuse can be provided.

Can the provider order labs?Yes, we have partnered with Quest Diagnostics. We can order labs electronically and you can go to your nearest lab for collection.
